As per the SBI in electoral Bond case today, the Rajya Sabha MP Kapil Sibal called the SBI's justifications for requesting an extension in releasing electoral bond details "puerile" and stated that it is the court's duty to uphold its honour, adding that it "would not be easy" to accept the bank's argument after a constitutional bench has issued a ruling.
