  • Please read the terms and conditions listed on the next page and sign them.

  • Select the option to "Report other cybercrime."
  • Login as a Citizen
  • Select "citizen login" and enter your information (name, email address, and phone number).
  • After completing the captcha and entering the OTP (One-Time Password) that was delivered to your registered phone number, click "submit."
  • You will be required to enter detailed information about the cybercrime you would want to report on the following page. Make sure you complete every field with relevant information.
  • Once you have reviewed the data, press the "Submit" button.
  • You will be directed to an incident detail page. Here, you can provide further information about the crime and any supporting documentation, such as files or screenshots. Once the necessary information has been entered, click "Save and Next." 
  • If you have any pertinent information, you can share details on the alleged suspect on the page that follows.
  • After you are certain that everything is correct, press "Submit." 
  • Your complaint has been successfully registered, as indicated by the confirmation message you will get. You will also receive an email with your complaint ID and other important information in it.
